Eligibility & Age Restriction. The Services — including our website, contact forms, and SMS communications — are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States. By accessing or using the Services, submitting your contact information, or opting in to receive SMS messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Services or provide any personal information through them. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

We provide complimentary in-home consultations for homeowners considering a kitchen or bathroom remodel. Following the consultation, we prepare a detailed written proposal covering scope, materials, timeline, and pricing — tailored to your vision and your home. Our proposals are based on a fair assessment of the work required and are designed to set clear expectations before any project begins.
JWAC Construction Incorporated is a licensed Georgia general contractor and a family-owned business. Every project is overseen directly by ownership, ensuring accountability and craftsmanship from start to finish.
Our kitchen and bathroom remodeling services include (but are not limited to) cabinetry, countertops, tile work, flooring, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and design consultation. Before work begins, we conduct a walkthrough of the existing space to identify any pre-existing conditions, structural concerns, or hidden defects that may affect the project. Where such conditions are discovered, we will notify you in writing and discuss any required scope or pricing changes before proceeding.
All construction work is governed by a separate, signed Project Agreement between JWAC Construction Incorporated and the client. That contract is the controlling document for questions about scope, payment schedules, timelines, warranties, and material selections. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Project Agreement, the Project Agreement controls with respect to that project.
There are no contracts binding you to us simply by requesting a consultation, submitting an inquiry through our website or chat widget, or opting in to SMS communications. You retain the freedom to accept or decline any proposal without any obligation. A binding agreement only arises upon execution of a written Project Agreement signed by both parties.
We provide guidance and communication throughout the entire project, from first consultation to final walkthrough, ensuring a smooth and stress-free remodeling experience. Our team is dedicated to assisting you every step of the way.
JWAC Construction Incorporated is locally operated and based in Sugar Hill, Georgia. Our knowledge of Greater Atlanta's neighborhoods, permit offices, and building standards enables us to offer tailored and efficient solutions for homeowners across the region, including Buford, Suwanee, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Cumming, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Dacula, Flowery Branch, and Gainesville.
Our written proposals clearly outline all costs associated with the project. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges introduced after a proposal has been accepted, unless the scope is changed by mutual written agreement (a "Change Order"). Change Orders will document any adjustment to the price, scope, or timeline and require signatures from both parties before related work begins.
Where permits are required by the local jurisdiction, we pull and manage them as part of the project. All inspections required by Georgia code are coordinated by our team. Any failure to obtain a required permit or pass an inspection that arises from a homeowner-supplied material or directive will be addressed through a Change Order.
By engaging with the Services — including submitting your contact information through our website, chat widget, or by SMS opt-in — you consent to receive electronic communications from JWAC Construction Incorporated (e.g., via email, SMS text message, phone call, or notices on our website). These communications may include notices about your project (e.g., scheduling, change orders, payment authorizations, and other transactional information) and are part of your relationship with us. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including, but not limited to, that such communications be in writing.
Subject to your express opt-in consent, JWAC Construction Incorporated will periodically send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. SMS communications are only available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided or have authority to opt that number in. How to opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us directly. Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your ability to receive transactional information through other channels (such as email or phone).
Mobile information sharing: Mobile information including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Such information is used solely to deliver the SMS communications you have consented to.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, or to send any abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful messages through our chat widget or SMS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
JWAC Construction Incorporated reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted with notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
